CONDORS SIGN RASSELL
The Bakersfield Condors announced today that the hockey club has signed former Medicine Hat Tigers Captain Mark Rassell to a 1-year AHL contract.
Rassell enters his first full professional season after playing in two regular season games and six Kelly Cup Playoff games with the Fort Wayne Comets last season. Prior to his time in Fort Wayne, Rassell suited up for the University on New Brunswick, where he played three seasons and amassed 73 points in 72 games. The Calgary, AB native spent four seasons in Medicine Hat with the Tigers, putting up 181 points in 274 career games. His best season came in his final year with the Tabbies, where he scored 50 goals and had 30 assists in 70 games.
