Seven games on tap for tonight
BOUCHERVILLE, le vendredi 3 février, 2006 (LHJMQ) Seven games are on the schedule tonight in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League and four of them are available on local television.
Firstly, Ilia Ejov and the Fogs Devils try and stop a three game skid as they host the Titan on Rogers Television (channel 9) in St. John’s beginning at 7 pm.
Canal Vox and TV Cogeco present the battle between the <a href="http://english.aliant.net/asx/capebreton_eagles.asx" class="lnkBase10px"><b>Screaming Eagles</b></a> and the Cataractes from the Jacques-Plante arena at 8 pm. The game is also broadcast on the radiowaves of CJCB-1270 AM in Cape Breton.
Furthermore, TQS Saguenay presents the matchup between Western division leading Chicoutimi and last-placed <a href="http://www.oceanic.qc.ca" class="lnkBase10px"><b>Rimouski</b></a>. The game is available through <a href="mms://telenetinfo.com/CKRS-Radio" class="lnkBase10px"><b>CKRS-590 AM</b></a> in the Saguenay region as well as on Rock Détente 102,9 FM in Rimouski starting at 7:30 pm. Also, EastLink Television and RDS show all the action coming from the Voltigeurs and <a href=" http://english.aliant.net/asx/pei_rocket.asx " class="lnkBase10px"><b>Rocket</b></a> duel, which starts a half hour earlier.
In the other games, <a href="http://www.oricom.ca/chrcdirect.asx" class="lnkBase10px"><b>Info-800 AM</b></a> in Quebec City presents the Remparts versus Foreurs matchup at 7 o’clock while CHIC 88,7 FM in Rouyn-Noranda is your home to listen to the <a href="http://www.webdiffuseur.qc.ca/huskies/" class="lnkBase10px"><b>Huskies</b></a> battle the Drakkar live from the Henry-Léonard Center in Baie-Comeau. The puck drops at 7:30 pm.
Finally, the Olympiques travel to Harbor Station to face the <a href="http://english.aliant.net/Redirect?EventType=RelatedLink&pageLink=AudioRockets&goto=http://english.aliant.net/asx/sjseadogs.asx" class="lnkBase10px"><b>Sea Dogs</b></a>. The game can be heard on <a href="http://www.cjrc1150.com/radioflash/radioplayer.php" class="lnkBase10px"><b>CJRC-1150 AM</b></a> in Gatineau and on CFBC-AM in Saint John beginning at 7 o’clock.
