The Western Hockey League today announced two fines and three player suspensions.
The Seattle Thunderbirds and Kamloops Blazers have each been fined $350.00 for the actions of their players in a multiple fight situation at Seattle on January 13.
Aaron Gionet of the Kamloops Blazers and Greg Black of the Seattle Thunderbirds have each been suspended for one game for receiving their third game misconducts of the season in the same game.
Jordin Tootoo of the Brandon Wheat Kings has been suspended for one game for receiving his third game misconduct of the season at Moose Jaw on January 15th.
