r The Kamloops Blazers defeated the Kelowna Rockets 4-3 in a shootout Saturday night, coming from behind to snare the victory with a late goal in regulation and two more in the shootout.

r The Rockets let 3-2 late in the third period before CJ Stretch tied the game at 3-3 with a goal with just 22 seconds remaining in the third period, forcing a scoreless overtime and then the shootout.

r Only Geordie Wudrick scored for the Rockets in the shootout.

r Antoine Corbin and Brett Bulmer scored in the second period as the Rockets took a 3-2 lead into the dressing room after two. Mitchell Callahan scored in the first period for Kelowna.

r Stretch scored twice for Kamloops while JC Lipon had the other marker.

r The Rockets are idle until next Friday night when they host the Calgary Hitmen before hitting the road for a five game road trip.
