Korczak becomes 18th Rocket to play for Canada at World Juniors
Defenceman Kaedan Korczak joined an exclusive group of Kelowna Rockets to wear the maple leaf on their jersey at the IIHF World Junior Championship for Hockey Canada.
The Vegas Golden Knights prospect has become the 18th Rocket represent Canada at the World Juniors.
Sixteen medals have been won – eleven gold and five silver.
Dillon Dube is the only Rocket to have played in multiple tournaments, he captained Canada to gold in 2018.

The 2021 IIHF World Junior Championship begins on Christmas Day with three games before Canada kicks off its tournament schedule on December 26 against Germany at 4 p.m. MT. The Czech Republic opens its tournament schedule on Dec. 26 against Sweden at 11 a.m PT.
TSN and RDS, the official broadcast partners of Hockey Canada, will broadcast all 28 tournament games and the 10 pre-tournament games that begin December 20.
