Captain Justin Brazeau (8) put the North Bay Battalion on his back, skating through three opponents to scored the overtime winner with 1:48 left in the extra frame. The Troops wrapped up a weekend road trip with a 3-2 overtime win over the Soo Greyhounds as Brad Chenier (3) and Adam McMaster (5) also scored. The Troops were outshot 34-26 as goaltender Christian Purboo turned in a 32-save showing. Ryan Roth (1) and Barrett Hayton (3) scored for the Hounds while goaltender Ethan Taylor made 23 saves. North Bay took four of a possible six points on the weekend, improving to 4-6-0-0 while Sault Ste. Marie falls to 5-3-2-0.
