Ottawa earned a 6-3 victory over the Peterborough Petes on Friday night, powered by four goals with the man advantage. Jack Beck scored two as part of a four-point night, and Brenden Sirizzotti potted two goals of his own, while Vsevolod Gaidamak and Jack Matier also heard their names called. First-year netminder Collin MacKenzie made 24 saves for his fourth win of the season.

The Battalion have won two straight, last defeating the Kingston Frontenacs on Friday, by a score of 5-4. Kyle Jackson led his team with a hat trick, with Matvey Petrov and Liam Arnsby potting the other markers. Goaltender Joe Vrbetic stopped 31 shots in the effort.n.
Bragging rights are on the line, as with a win, the 67’s can move into a tie with North Bay for first in the Eastern Conference.
