Nick McBride Returns Home to Maple Ridge
Prince Albert, SK – The Prince Albert Raiders announced Thursday that goaltender Nick McBride is leaving the team to return home and await a trade.
“Before the season started, Nick came to us and requested a move that would give him more responsibility with a team,” said Raiders general manager Curtis Hunt. “We mutually agreed that having Nick return home would be best for him as well as the organization.
“We would like to thank Nick for his contributions to the Raiders over the past two years.”
The Raiders’ roster now consists of two goaltenders, Rylan Parenteau and Ian Scott.
