Game Preview: Game 7 at Edmonton
SETTING IT UP:
The Raiders look to go a perfect 2-0 on their Alberta road trip tonight in Edmonton. Prince Albert exploded offensively last night in Red Deer, winning 6-2 during their first game in Alberta. The green and gold will be looking to exact some revenge on Edmonton, who shutout the Raiders 3-0 on Tuesday night in Prince Albert.
THE POLISH PRINCE:
It was a massive night for European import Krzysztof Macias on Friday night. The Polish forward scored his first career hat trick, picking up his third, fourth, and fifth goals of the season in the process. As a result, Macias was named the game’s first star. He now had six points in as many game this season.
RITCHIE ADDS TWO:
Ryder Ritchie also had a big night offensively, as he scored two goals of his own on Friday night. Both of his goals came in the second period, with one of them coming on a Raider powerplay. The second year forward now has seven points in six game this season, tied with Niall Crocker for the team lead in points.
MAILMAN:
Niall Crocker had a career night, registering four assists on Friday. He assisted on the first, second, fourth, and fifth Raider goals.
