WHL RADIO SHOW – EPISODE #7

Calgary, AB – On this week’s edition of the WHL Radio Show presented by Easton we catch up with Nino Niederreiter who was recently returned by the NHL’s New York Islanders to the Portland Winterhawks.  The 5th overall pick in last summer’s NHL Draft will add to an already potent Winterhawks line-up.  WHL alumnus Johnny Lazo is one of 275 former WHL players who are taking advantage of the WHL Scholarship Program.  We talk with the former Tri-City Americans forward who is attending the University of Alberta and playing hockey for the Golden Bears.  The show also features Red Deer Rebels forward Andrej Kudrna who is the WHL and CHL Player of the Week.
