Paiement added to OHL All-Star Team
The Ontario Hockey League today announced that Belleville Bulls right winger Adam Paiement has been added to the OHL’s Eastern Conference All-Star Team for the CHL Hershey Cup series game against the Western Hockey League in Vancouver on November 19, 2002.
Paiement was added to the team in place of Nathan Horton of the Oshawa Generals, who is unable to play due to injury.
Paiement, a 20-year-old native of Mississauga, is in his fourth season with the Belleville Bulls. He scored a career-high 29 goals and 64 points last season, and is second among Bulls’ scorers this year with nine goals and 21 points in 14 games.
The first game of the Hershey Cup CHL All-Star Series will be held in Hull, Quebec on November 13 between the WHL’s Eastern Conference and the QMJHL’s Lebel Conference. The series concludes in Kitchener on November 27 when the OHL’s Western Conference All-Stars host the QMJHL’s Dilio Conference. All three games will be broadcast nationally on Rogers Sportsnet.
