r The Kelowna Rockets hockey club would like to congratulate their Director Of Player Personnel Lorne Frey on the birth of his daughter’s first child. Carter Shawn Moen was born Tuesday February 24 in Anaheim, California and weighed eight pounds and five ounces.

r Lorne’s daughter Amy is married to former Rocket and current Anaheim Duck, Travis Moen. It is the first grandchild for Lorne and his wife Jan.
