Rockets reduce roster to 28 players
The Kelowna Rockets announced today that they have reduced their roster to 28 players, including four (2) goaltenders, nine (9) defencemen and 17 forwards.

The following four players have been returned to their respective teams from camp:
- Ben Polhill – G – 2006
- Kael Svenson – G – 2006
- Owen Folstrom – F – 2008
- Kanjyu Gojsic – F – 2008
Folstrom and Gojsic appeared in both preseason games against the Rockets this weekend. As 15-year-olds, they will be eligible to dress in five regular season games as affiliate players for the Rockets during the 2023-24 regular season until their respective teams seasons have come to an end.
Pre-Season Details
Kelowna will then wrap up its exhibition schedule this weekend, hosting the Vancouver Giants on Friday, September 15 and the Victoria Royals on September 16.
Two dollars from every pre-season ticket sold will be donated to Cops for Kids.
