Payworks Recap: Boyko picks up 2nd shutout of the season in 100th WHL game, Rockets blank Cougars
The Kelowna Rockets secured their fourth shutout of the season with a 1-0 victory in overtime against the Prince George Cougars on Tuesday night at the CN Centre in Prince George, BC.
Scoreless after 60 minutes, all it took was 1:02 in overtime for captain Tyson Feist (15) to end things.
Netminder Talyn Boyko made 21 saves en route to picking up his second shutout of the season in his 100th career WHL appearance. It was the Rockets second straight shutout, having downed the Victoria Royals 5-0 on Saturday at Prospera Place.

The Rockets outshot the Cougars 36-21.
Kelowna was zero-for-one on the power play, while the Cougars were zero-for-three.
Twenty-year-old winger Mark Liwiski played in his 200th WHL game.
The Rockets and Cougars will face off again tomorrow night at 7:00 pm at the CN Centre in Prince George. You can watch the game on CHL TV or listen on AM 1150.
