Tonight’s Preview: Kelowna will take on the Giants for the second time this season, in their only other previous meeting Vancouver shutout the Rockets 6-0….Tristen Nielsen put on a clinic, registering three goals and a pair of assists…2005 born defenceman Mazden Leslie scored the first and second goals of his WHL career in that game. The Rockets will have a tall order ahead of them as the Giants are second in the BC Division, their power play ranks eleventh in the league while their penalty kill is fourth among all WHL teams. The Rockets have won the last three of their four games, the only loss came to the BC Division-leading Kamloops Blazers on Tuesday night. The Giants are well-rested and are ready for the Rockets, they had last night off…their last game was a 5-3 win over Victoria on Wednesday night. Last night, the Rockets took down the Prince George Cougars 5-1…..Tyson Feist was the games first star with a goal and an assist on the night.
