A capacity crowd of over 6,200 at TD Place watched the Erie Otters and star centre Connor McDavid roll into town and score a 7-2 win over the host Ottawa 67’s on Sunday.

Despite getting the game’s first goal from alternate captain Brendan Bell early in the opening period and taking the Otters to the first intermission knotted at one, the 67’s fell too far behind in the second, running on fumes playing a third game in as many days.
